Ice cream making process; Fist mix the skimmed milk, cornstarch and brown sugar in saucepan on fire and allow to boil under reduced heat. Add banana and mix very well when mixture boils a little then leave to warm a little before pouring out of saucepan into bowl. Ingredients needed include 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 ½ cups chopped toasted pecan, 1 teaspoon maple extract, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and 4 tablespoons melted butter.

Start by adding and mixing maple extract, condensed milk, pecans and butter in an ice cream freezer container or any container that will be perfect. After mixing for a while, take another bowl, pour cream into it and whip till it is stiff. Fold the whipped cream into the other mixture then pour into a container. Cover and put in the freezer until it is very firm. Take out after 7 hours or more depending on the effectiveness of your refrigerator and serve.

Lemon ice cream

Ingredients include; skimmed milk, lemon juice, brown sugar and cream.

Start by mixing skimmed milk, lemon juice and broom sugar into a saucepan under reduced heat. Leave to boil for a while then pour into bowl, refrigerate for some hours then serve.

A bag of ice cream

Ingredients include; ½ cup of rock salt, 1 gallon size plastic bag with zipper closing, 1 pint storage bag, ice cubes, 1 tablespoon sugar, and ¼ tablespoon vanilla or other flavoring.

Start by filling the plastic size bag about ½ full of ice cubes and then add the rock salt. Add milk, vanilla and sugar into the small bag and be sure it is totally sealed. Seal the large bag and shake it for about 7 minutes. Serve chilled.
