What You Will Need

* 3 cups of vaporized milk
* 1/4 teaspoon of salt
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
* 6 medium sized eggs
* 2 cups of sugar
* 5 cups of milk
* 4 ounces of unsweetened chocolate

*** Instead of unsweetened chocolate you can use 1/4 cup of butter and 3/4 cups of cocoa powder.

Instructions

1. Heat the milk; you can use whole milk or 2% fat milk for a thicker taste. You may also choose to use reduced fat or

nonfat milk if you prefer a healthier choice.

2. Microwave or heat the chocolate until it is melted.

3. Mix the chocolate with the warm milk until they are blended well.

4. Place the eggs, sugar, and salt into a medium bowl and blend until the mixture is light.

5. Add the egg mixture in the milk and blend using a whisk. Only add 1/2 of the egg mixture at a time if you have a

single boiler, or use all of it at once if you have a double 6 quart boiler.

6. Heat the mixture until it fully covers the spoon, and then let it cool for a few minutes.

7. Slowly add the vanilla into the mixture and stir at the same time.

8. Lastly, use this final mixture to place in your ice cream maker. Follow the instructions provided with your ice cream

maker carefully to get the best results.
